Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Natalie welcomes and accepts all patients with general health concerns and utilizes evidence based naturopathic medicine to help optimize her patient’s health goals.

Dr. Natalie has a particular focus in women’s health and hormones. Assessments and treatments for fertility support including diagnoses such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid concerns, recurrent pregnancy loss, autoimmune diagnoses impacting fertility, egg and sperm quality, stress management and unexplained infertility. Dr. Stradiotto utilizes naturopathic medicine to assist couples working with their fertility specialists and undergoing IUI and IVF treatments. During Dr. Natalie’s 4th year clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, she was part of the Fertility and Reproductive Focus Shift, where she gained experience working with couples enduring fertility challenges as well as providing pre and post pregnancy support. Dr. Natalie also has a focus in supporting her patients with insomnia, fatigue, stress, anxiety, digestive concerns and thyroid health.

Dr. Natalie completed her undergraduate degree at Western University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, where she then worked in the clinical nutrition department at Credit Valley Hospital and the Diabetes Management Centre, located in Mississauga. Dr. Natalie then decided to study a 4 year Naturopathic Medicine Doctor degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), located in Toronto. In addition to her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Natalie has also successfully completed her Holistic Nutrition designation.

Dr. Natalie is in good standing with her professional association, the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member of the Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)

Dr. Natalie supports women's unique healthcare needs, including hormone balance, fertility, and menopause management.
I focus in pregnancy, fertility and hormonal support for all women. I offer an individualized approach to care that considers each woman's unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. With a focus on evidence-based support, I strive to provide the most up-to-date information and treatments to my patients.
